What will we learn?

Don’t worry, in addition to his 16 years of experience and wild mushroom “expert” certification Clark can identify mushrooms without the help of his handy dandy mushroom tattoos!

How do I learn more?

Please see our events page for upcoming classes or purchase tickets on our Products page.

You can also fill out of class inquiry form on the catering and class requests page in case you don’t see a class you like or one available when you are! During the current pandemic classes can be arranged for as few as two participants, or as many as nine.

FAQ

Do I need to be in really good shape to go on a forage?

No, while the ability to hike is helpful, we can accommodate a wide range of physical abilities.

Are we guaranteed to see mushrooms?

Unfortunately we can never guarantee finds, but I rarely come home empty handed.

Do we only forage edible items?

We will sometimes identify and observe harmful lookalikes, but rarely will we harvest anything that isn’t safe to consume for either culinary or medicinal properties.

Can we take home whatever we find?

Yes as long as we’ve properly identified and deemed our finds safe, you will always take home what you find.

Do I need to have property to host a class?

No, there are ample public lands and private land which Clark has permission to access.
