Thank you for considering Clark as your private chef. Clark is able to offer a variety of hourly services, from weekly or daily meal prep, to holiday meal help, private dinners, wine pairing dinners, or simply a low key lunch or dinner at home — all designed to meet your exact needs.

How many guests can Clark serve?
-During the current pandemic, Clark is able to offer services for as few as a single guest or as many as nine. Clark will provide all PPE for himself and any needed service staff during the event.
What are the costs for private chef services?
-Clark is willing to work with almost any budget so feel free to send us a message, but our base pricing is $25 an hour + food cost. After you submit your request form below, Clark will respond with an estimate that will include the hourly cost + food cost. If less time is required, the total bill will be for the hours worked, not the estimate. If more time is required, the estimate can only increase by a maximum of 2 hours and will be discussed at the time. Food cost is simply the cost of ingredients needed to provide the expected services + 10%.
Do I need a kitchen or facility to request a private chef?
No, we can discuss “off site” options which could be a picnic, meal cooked outdoors, or an agreed upon location.
Do I need kitchen equipment, plateware, glassware, or silverware to request private chef services?
No, all kitchen equipment can be provided free of charge. There is a $75 charge for all plateware, glassware, silverware, and cloth napkins for up to 4 guests, and $125 for up to 9 guests. All plateware is pottery made by Clark’s potter friends.
